Terms and Conditions

BOOKING PROCEDURE: Please contact us to confirm availability of accommodation and make a provisional booking. We will hold this for 7 days pending receipt of an agreed deposit. Payment can be made by UK bank cheque or bank transfer. On receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation of the booking.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES. Your rooms will be available from 15:00. Guests are asked to leave by 10:00 on the day of departure.

EQUIPMENT:  We provide all bed linen and towels except for swimming towels. We can make a cot, childs bed and high chair available please enquire if you need these.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE: We strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance in case of cancellation. We regret that we can only make refunds if the accommodation is re-let and in any case will have to make a handling charge.

LIABILITY: The Proprietor, his agents and employees shall not be held liable for any personal injury, or loss of, or damage to guests property howsoever caused or sustained.

HEALTH INSURANCE: Please remember that Sark is not covered by the National Health Service or EEC Health cover. You need to ensure that all members of your party have suitable health/travel insurance.
